Creation of digital space in healthcare requires linking technical changes with raising trust information and communication technologies (ICT) development appropriate skills medical workers. Digital are considered as an important element the general qualification a professional. The paper examines to what extent doctors nurses use ICT their work, whether they have sufficient competencies scope types training this field knowledge. sources empirical materials databases from two surveys conducted by Rosstat 2020, namely, Comprehensive observation living conditions population second round Statistical Observation on participation continuing education. It turned out that most used computer other equipment, but significant part (47%) did not them. In comparison specialists, very limited remote format work is caused both specifics lack opportunities. About 30% enough reduced job satisfaction. With basic literacy Internet skills, knowledge concerned systems specific tools.
